The Ascendas Xinsu Portfolio consists of 61 buildings including R&D and industrial portion, with a total gross floor area of 373,334 sq m. The R&D portion forms part of Ascendas Xinsu Square, comprising six business park office buildings with retail ancillaries. It is one of the first business park projects in the Suzhou Industrial Park and has since established a strong reputation for its quality specifications and premium location.
